Taken together, we face some moderate risks in re-opening. We have plateau-ing cases, better visibility with testing but not much spare hospital capacity if we face a NY-like surge. We're relaxing some restrictions next week, and I support taking this gradually.pic.twitter.com/12XiiA4NvK
