don’t sleep on focaccia if you have a good supply of olive oil - super easy to make. tastes incredible with a wide variety of seasonings and/or ingredients baked in.

Yeah you can take a sourdough recipe for one loaf and add 10g of olive oil and shape differently, then cover in zaatar or tomato sauce or garlic = focaccia.
