Okay, you've seen that viral tweet about how Biden said he'd veto Medicare for All. That's clearly NOT what he said. He says what his opposition is based on, says he agrees with it in principle and goes out of his way not to say he'd veto it. Watch and decide.pic.twitter.com/hcqnnsnIqy

You know he doesn’t support Medicare for All right?
-
Yes but your original comment said he didn’t say he would veto it. It still sounds like he’d veto it.

"Would you veto a hypothetical M4A bill?" "I'd veto anything that raises taxes on the middle class, which M4A does." Yes, of course he's saying he'll veto M4A. Josh is absolutely blinkered here.

Biden is using right-wing talking points to trash M4All, whether or not he definitively said he would veto it is really beside the point.

He’s actually describing Sanders plan better than Sanders does. The truth is that the majority of people don’t want Medicare for all and those that claim they do have no idea what the hell it is. Sanders poor rendering of it doesn’t help.https://www.google.com/amp/s/slate.com/business/2019/10/medicare-for-all-is-getting-less-popular.amp …

He’s not Sanders’ plan is out there and it gets paid for entirely by a 52% tax on people making more than $51m a year. And a 0.5% tax on Wall Street Speculation. Both of which currently pay 0% in taxes. Why would you lie? You think the rich people will save the world if you do?
