This is an unfair thing to say. It's a nice little story about people (zero of them white) who are moving to Antioch. It turns out that, however disappointed they are about rising prices, a lot of people in the Bay just go find a place where they can get on with life.

I’m not trying to be mean! :-( the real estate section itself is just predicated on “please buy or put your capital here.” It’s a particular that’s different from say housing policy reporting or economics reporting or local reporting.

Definitely not what I was going for! Hence the focus on real people who live there now and what they say life is like. But I’ll take the criticism and do appreciate it. I’ve just always been so curious what the town was like. I was surprised to learn it’s still...pretty pricey!
