        Seems like a reasonable option would be to take the difference between the fair value of the property tax over the years of ownership minus the amount of property tax paid from the profits out of the profits of the sale?

        For those of you not Georgepilled yet, this is why we think it’s useful to separate property value into “land value” vs. “improvements value.” Adding an apartment or rehabbing an old one is real work and improves the property. Waiting for the city to get popular is unearned.
