Silicon Valley is rapidly becoming obsessed with remote work, largely due to the housing crisis, brutal talent market, and now Coronavirus. Hard for me to tell at this point whether it's a real macro trend, or amplification from inside the bubble.

I sit on my city planning commission. The last three home expansions that have come before us have each had space set up for video conferencing. In talking with applicants after each told me that having a quiet space for video conferencing was important for their careers.

Agree, I think it is a massive 20-year trend.

Agree. I fought it with my last company as a founder. Leaned in and it ended up being a huge competitive advantage for us.
