I give her credit for all the affordable projects that have gone up in her district over the last couple years. But the way to get to that outcome was also not the cleanest, non-grafty path is what I’ll say.

Infill in a city already 85% built out is hard. Don't minimize its complexity. There is only one part of one other US city that is built out to the densities that SF is, and it has onerous permitting processes as well.
