Neat, thanks. Looking forward to reading it. Should have untagged you all before replying - I was mostly interested in finding out more about Kim-Mai's theory re: housing reform efforts depending on the housing market being overheated. New to me.

Not housing reform efforts, just most mechanisms to finance income restricted, affordable housing units.... that's why the state and federal government play a really important role. They can escape some of the restrictions and trade-offs cities have to deal with.
