      It strikes me that fire risk on the WUI is just as bad in SoCal and yet SCE is being really conservative with their use of PSPS?

          It’s not really less vegetation, just different veg communities, e.g. more shrub-scrub, less forest. Lots of lit on above-ground biomass/fuels in SoCal. I strongly doubt it’s the main factor driving differences in PSPS between the different operators.
