A spark on a Diablo winds day with dry gusts at 45-60 mph, humidity below 20% isn’t the same thing as a spark on other days. A spark on a normal weather day can relatively easily be contained by a fire dept. A spark on a Diablo Winds day is almost impossible to contain.

Nothing except backlog of PG&E incompetence. 100 years of diablo winds its not like they are a new factor here
