A competition over who can name the highest number of years in prison they will sentence the 2% of offenders who are caught is pointless. A focus on actually addressing the harm suffered is smart.

I think it’s $900 and I believe the onus is on car owner to prove doors were locked. Why don’t we have shatter-resistant windows with ear piercing alarms that send geolocation data to PD?
