Sure! Thread -> For a given tariff and load profile there’s an economic optimization for PV + Storage based primarily on PV kW and storage kWh. PV is cheap so generally it makes more sense to oversize the PV and export power to the grid during the day.

The point of adding storage is to store that excess PV for use during the evening when loads are high and PV is zero. You arbitrage the difference in dollars between the low value of daytime export and the high cost of evening consumption.
