Bill Gates and TerraPower doing something really exciting things with the next gen nuclear power. Economical, safe, and mostly eliminates man made CO2. Going to make a huge difference in improving lives. Loved the new Netflix show on him.

The problem where a part of a grid energizes the whole thing, causing danger to power line workers, is called islanding. It’s been a decade since I looked at this BUT it’s hard to believe there’s no solution yet. It’s hard cuz it’s technological + regulatory at the same time…
