I worked in a Wendy’s in high school. I wasn’t in a high-tech corridor or even thinking about a career in tech. I took history courses in college. Of course, I wasn’t a unicorn CEO before 30, so by some standards, I’m an abject failure; I only own one house in Silicon Valley.
