seriously though, if developers were building units to house all the people being displaced by folks who want to turn oakland into another neighborhood of san francisco, i think the response would be different.

They can’t make the numbers work. If you want to work through a pro forma sometime, I can find someone for you. But also I’ve never said that EBALDC or EBHO or SAHA should not do affordable housing in parallel.
