“Big chain”, another grocery store nearby, another WF nearby - though they wanted to build a WF 360 vs. a classic one. WF jumped through all the hoops for many moons until they said: okay, this is it.

This is the definition of ridiculous. Almost as ridiculous as that empty store front in Noe Valley that's now a skin spa with no housing above it, despite years of effort to get mixed use.
