This is a modestly pro-density measure that increases the required rear-yard setback only for single family homes and allows more second unit rear yard cottages on through lots and corner lots. Your aim is off.

@sfplanning on how many more lots this makes more/less feasible? I understand that the most recent set of amendments effectively cut out a lot of lots in residential transit-oriented neighborhoods. - 3 more replies
