We got a *used* UPPAbaby Cruz and have been very happy with it for the past couple years. Very durable. Kid stuff is rarely worn out after a couple years, yet price depreciates quickly to around $150. Nextdoor or Craigslist are great for this.

Uppababy...but it’s not light. We have the Zoe XL as a travel stroller and (I think) there are attachments to include another kid. However, does not work with infant car seats

We use the yoyo and it's great. Folds up into an overhead bin and I think you can even add attachments for infant. Might be able to add a deck but at that point you probably want something heavier duty.

GB Qbit. Adapter sold separately but it can fit a carrier plus the stroller fits into the overhead bin on flights.

Used and reused a Bugaboo Chameleon through three kids at all stages. Best parental purchase made.
