@sammymoss425 to weigh in but I don't believe a 4-story nonprofit affordable project is financially viable. Too few units. Not aware that any such project has been built in SF. -
Yeah the irony with all this politik’ng is that the AMI boogie man is the actual red herring. 100% affordable housing projects MUST BE at or below 80% ami. Fear mongering about AMI going up to 120% just means y’all don’t want market rate to take care of middle income housing
