Spreading affordable housing to more San Francisco neighborhoods requires the Board to legalize building new apartments throughout the city. Until the progressive Board does this, we will continue to "leave the rest of the city out."

They need to zone dense enough for projects to make sense. Your colleague Sandra criticizes SB50 bc she wanted inclusionary housing in her backyard but basically there’s almost nothing there in her district that could even be big enough for inclusionary to get triggered.
