FYI: “Housing Affordability” & “Homeless % of Pop.” do not correlate. For example, 0.087% of TX pop is homeless. TX ranks 23rd in housing costs. In OH: identical 0.087% of pop is homeless. OH ranks 49th in housing expense. (Only WV & AK cheaper). TX also has warmer climate...

Housing affordability is a function of BOTH housing costs AND the region's income. Whether it correlates w % of population is beside the point. Affordability correlates w homelessness...period.
