they are one of the most consistently anti-homeless forces in San Francisco and they repeatedly put their money where their mouths are. they can go straight to hell with their "advocacy", which consists of "how can we get the poors out of sight faster"
you could also end up having two different prioritization standards for shelters, one for federal dollars & one for local $$ because you can't legally get rid of the federal Continuum of Care board. Bc you can't consolidate the commissions, how would providers reconcile this?

also, another concern is whether this is just pretext for killing Coordinated Entry, which is the single system that the city has spent years on in trying to figure out how to ration/prioritize limited space/placements.
