Where does it go after the ruling? I’m told min 24-36 mos to get resolution in this, but likely 5 years?

Yeah, three years is the generally agreed-upon timeline. Given the virtually unlimited resources both sides have to throw at this, either one will very likely appeal. Not outlandish to think the state Supreme Court will have to ultimately sort it out. Hence the long wait.
