Can @DeanPreston & supporters explain how SF will build 10,000 public housing units? How are you financing that and over what period of time? Are you using LIHTC or some new system?
I'm really interested, sounds like a cool idea but I dont see any documents anywhere.

This is excluding K-12/community college tax revenue, which is already allocated at 50% total revenues per Schools and Communities First.
