Is it? Seems pretty standard, and we are getting more sensitive at the words we use to describe homelessness to help the stigma to go down, which is good for the homeless in the long-term

Unfortunately it's not as good as actually having a home. That's probably the best way of getting rid of the stigma of homelessness.
