It seems like they CAN have an appeals process for especially egregious videos without becoming an arbiter of truth. It would make a difference to take it down for just a short time while it's most viral. brb gonna hunt for what

The real problem for Facebook, and for us is that the political system is deeply toxic right now. If the politics don't work, then the business doesn't work. Facebook is one of the early signs of serious *economic* malfunction due to enforced incoherence.
