i can't say I blame those folks for preferring to make a lot of money doing nothing than what I assume is a lot less working a lot harder.

though I do wish they'd sell or license the name and recipes to someone who's willing to keep the thing going. this way they still make money doing nothing.

The article cooks up way more disdain for the fact that there are some people wealthy young people here than it has for the fact that others are left without enough homes. It continually uses the phrase "unbridled capitalism" when the city is dying from the opposite issue.
