It's so weird to me that it's the same neighborhood people who were students or worked at non profits could afford to move to 15 years ago. The past is a foreign country.

Still many juniors or interns accept the high prices and hardship to be in the eco-system and learn, I don’t blame them as it might not be easy to find an equal enabling environment somewhere else.

SF is slowly becoming a slightly more expensive version of Seattle and definitely a company town. But every tech company was once upon a time a startup and like every decade, I’m confident that a new decacorn will pop up and several unicorns with smaller guys acquired by them.

I’ve found success within the DMV market and now I’m betting big on helping a state with their tech initiative by also keeping my startup HQ’d within that state!Thanks.
