that might be a reporting issue; we made it easier to report 311-style incidents through mobile phones so it's unclear whether this has to do with underlying changes in needles/urine/smell or it just being easier to report things.

Not just services tho...whole area is littered with dealers who commute into the city. Living in SOMA for 18 months was in education of just how complex the whole thing is. We really need supervised injection to keep streets clean and ER from being so burdened.

I live in Oakland now and there is a massive encampment nearby but it has bathrooms and I think trash removal...Which I assume help curb the pollution problem.
