Unpopular opinion. All of these IPOs will destroy SF real estate. Some early FB-ers intentionally left for Washington or no income tax states after their IPO. But also very few people make *that* much money. Maybe some people get a down payment but want it to go farther and are thinking about kids, parents, etc.

SF doesn’t really have that much cachet compared to global wealth hubs. Even in US, Woodside doesn’t really hold much water compared to bel air.

Agree! I see most people taking their $ and heading out of town & buying elsewhere. It’s a real estate agent’s job to spin up urgency to buy now.
