I don't doubt that. But somehow we're quick to put expensive nearly useless bandaids, and while passing on opportunity to build BMR units. Shade law??? I really wish that Lot 330 could have BMR housing for teachers or any people whose incomes didn't keep up with cray SF prices

That’s not really true. SF is far more oriented toward building permanent supportive housing units over shelter than other cities. The trade-off is that permanent supportive housing are far more capital intensive to build upfront.
