      In part San Francisco Administrative Code 20.400 but with the navigation centers they throw that all out even though it's in their contracts PS do a foia to have them produce documents SF monitor navigation centers sounds like another court case getting those documents

      that was mentioned before somewhere that the attorney is currently issuing FIOA/sunshine ordinance requests for documents. Hopefully they aren't all redacted :P

      If you’d like to spend hours/years in public hearings and meetings because you were appointed by a long now since dead mayor Ed Lee, who grew up in public housing, to realize that yes, SF, dramatically under provides beds relative to other American metros

      despite having a similar per capita homelessness rate, you too are free to attend these meetings, learn more and meet service providers who work on everything from prenatal to veteran homelessness programs

          I don't doubt that. But somehow we're quick to put expensive nearly useless bandaids, and while passing on opportunity to build BMR units. Shade law??? I really wish that Lot 330 could have BMR housing for teachers or any people whose incomes didn't keep up with cray SF prices
