I am learning a lot today. Maybe you also know why Homeward Bound program does not accept people with pets? I get that the bus operators want people to be sober and not use... But pets? No one would ever leave their pet so what the hell?

Would be good to do a FOIA to see what is happening with the people with the homework bound program do they care if they are homeless somewhere else fail else where .

It goes to the bylaws and Ordnance creating the local homeless Coordinating Board I believe they get a small amount of money less than $500 per year for travel the shelter monitoring committee gets some money for transportation and a incentive to do inspections
