Thanks for clarifying that he may see this issue from the perspective of a family member. I would urge him to try also to see this from the arguably rather different perspective of a person who faces loss of their own civil and human rights in conservatorship.

I have a severely bipolar alcoholic parent who came close to homelessness. I also am not a fan of this bill.
