What sort of geographic targeting do you think is acceptable for housing ads? Everyone in a certain town? county? State? Should it be Illegal to advertise in the Atherton local newspaper knowing since only very wealthy people will see it?

City by city is probably not actually illegal. But redlining is a significant historical phenomenon that is *foundational* to the black-white racial wealth gap in America today.
