I was there. This guy admitted he lives 8-9 blocks from the Dogpatch Nav Center. My point is that the residents near the Embarcadero proposed site are being asked (told) to have 2 Nav Centers within a 5 block radius of where they live. 8 districts in SF have ZERO Nav Centers.

Hi I am That Guy. I would gladly have another Nav Center in Dogpatch, across the street from my house, rather than the surface lot that is there now. My neighbors who live nearer than I, and made exactly your points when they were opposing it's approval, now support keeping it.
