I thought the 60 apartment project was cancelled by referendum / not council. Classic NIMBY. Not sure how to solve the NIMBY problem/ except via some state ordinance..

That area isn’t a great spot for 60 units. It’s already super congested with traffic going to 4 nearby schools everyday. Keep in mind there were only 4 houses on that lot originally
