Two items I will *never* try:
- Carolina "Reaper"
- "Ghostpepper" pepper.

I don't understand a couple things here: 1) Why? They are a lot of fun, especially in sauces, soups, etc. 2) You ignored the "Trinidad Scorpion," which is hotter than a Ghost Pepper, but less hot than a Carolina Reaper.

The key metric for heat, Scoville Units, is a dilution metric. So whether you put one Ghost Pepper in the pot or four Scotch Bonnets, the heat is the same.
But the Ghost Pepper gives you bragging rights.
