Not sure about that.
@sfpuc recently completed (I think) a $5B rebuild and retrofit of the whole Hetch Hetchy conveyance system. If you are served by them you'll be OK. Not sure about the others though. -
Alameda Co is telling people to store 25 gallons of water or so per household bc water might be cut off for months.

The biggest threat of a quake in the Bay Area is to LA. A moderate/large quake in the delta will cause levee failures that will push salt water into the delta pumps and down the California Aqueduct. Those levees were built 100 years ago by Chinese farmers, not engineers.
