Hi anonymous troll, who I will block shortly, have you ever thought that the reason I have spent years publicizing this tax benefit before it was widely covered in the media might be *because* I want to fund the public schools systemically at a higher level through higher taxes?

Should be taxed annually on that imputed income. ‘Paying’ a premium when land value gets so many tax loopholes is quite specious.

I don't get it. A random dude has a political opinion that doesn't match exactly with how he behaves? Maybe the public schools are good but the private school is better? Maybe he's like everyone and contains multitudes. Or maybe he's a hypocrite. Tons of possibilities.
