Agreed. Other Bay Area districts sold off properties, and then regretted it years later as demographics changed. Of course, long time residents point to these examples as RAMPANT MISMANAGEMENT OF SCHOOLS and why you should vote No on school bonds/taxes.

They (CUSD) hired a demographer that told them the Luther school site would never be needed as a school again. But people don’t want to listen, because that’s an easier argument to make than “this will bring renters and more cars into our neighborhood”.
