Kim, this is really great, but will it count workers who are invisibly homeless? Because the state is full of fulltime workers illegally or legally sleeping in cars and on boats or in campgrounds who don’t exactly register as homeless.

Yes, indoors would be great, but in the meantime, what interim approach is suggested by affected parties when you talk with them? Because I have some ideas but wonder what others are saying.

One of the great stressors for ppl with nominal housing (RV, boat) is their ability to be legal (unmolested by police and “security”) and safe (unmolested by men.) A lack of said “legal/safe” has significant effects on the well-being of the inidividual. This defines homelessness

Seriously? There aren’t interim questions from RV owners? Also - how are ppl renting plumbing-free garages counted? Not in-laws, but actual garages? As for Marin, ask
@marymcnamara about transparency. She can tell you about how hard it is to derive real answers from the County -
oh, so true. Deception at the County was habitual/pervasive. We unearthed ballot measure fraud, financial shenanigans, you name it. No one was ever held accountable either. It's been better since Damon took office, but that type of culture once it takes hold is difficult to change
