seems contradictory for some sub-segments of conservative thought to argue that corporations/businesses have a right to free speech (as in Citizens United/Masterpiece Cake Shop) and then be upset/play the victim card when cos establish codes of conduct around speech.
I think the question is interesting in all directions. However I wouldn’t say that anyone is celebrating. The highest profile cases involve threats of violence.
