Interesting - the main messages I got were around perceptions (girls=bossy, boys=assertive) and blocks to leadership roles from non-career work that women tend to do a lot more of (housework and child raising). So more systemic than individual issues.

I'm not saying she doesn't have valuable insights. She absolutely does. Her book just probably isn't the best answer to his particular question. I'm actually not sure what the holistic, best book would be on sexism for his question.
