I don't dislike you for your wealth. I am trying to point out a systemic problem to the next generation of voters, in that our zoning & property tax system (often upheld by oblivious owners) impoverishes the next generation and encourages disastrous environmental choices.

The most outspoken opponents of SB 827 in SoCal were ethnic minorities. It’s false (and demeaning) to assume they don’t or can’t own property. Fifty percent of residents of South LA own their own homes. They are very proud and protective of the neighborhoods they’ve created.
