Resident of Blu worried about cancer. It's so shameful. There are genuine concerns about the jobs/housing balance of this plan. But to oppose density because of cancer just absurd.

You’ve seen Goodman’s blog right? He has this whole theory that areas have a “carrying capacity” like housing units are, like, the number of voles per square mile or something.
