Not quite as impressive as it sounds. Berkeley undergrad is about 5x the size of Harvard which is about average size for Ivy league. Unless the point is Berkeley alone has ~ as many students as all Ivys, which is pretty impressive.

For some reason I looked up undergrad numbers: Brown: 6,988 Columbia: 6,162 Cornell: 14,907 Dartmouth: 4,410 Harvard: 6,655 Penn: 10,033 Princeton: 5,394 Yale: 5,746 Ivy total: 60,295 Berkeley: 30,574 So twice the low-income rate. Not bad but they should report better metrics.
