California suburbanized in the 1950s, 60s, ran out of flat, buildable land on the coast in the 70s & downzoned, cut its property taxes in the late 70s. Do you have a plan to show me how you would re-allocate this funding? I've lived here most of my life and the public school teachers I knew were never paid enough to live here, the students I knew were in-debted for years after graduating....
