3/ We got to talking, and I learned that they're pre-school teachers, from Chicago. They're here for work, for the next 6 months. They fly back every weekend to Chicago, and they teach pre-school on weekdays in the Potrero Hill neighborhood of SF (cc

Problem is, even under Eastern Neighborhoods, we're building for 40,000ish workers and homes for about 19,000.
