One lesson going from <100 people to >400 people in a short period is you can't repeat key internal messages, themes and strategies enough. Any month, double digit % of company is new and has 0 historical context. Your January All Hands is effectively forgotten by June.

One idea to help with this is investing heavily in a dedicated onboarding function that has enough historical *and* business context to help ramp new employees. Hard to prioritize given other work, but payoff is good. e.g. Chris Cox doing onboarding for all new FB employees
